Paston College has an outstanding reputation for the quality of its A Levels. Our results are consistently high and every year, hundreds of students choose to study A Levels at our sixth form college.
We offer over 20 different A Level courses in a variety of subjects. If you are interested in Biology or Psychology, we also offer Medical Science and Criminology as a single award. This provides a more practical setting as part of your A Level programme.
We place great emphasis on choosing A Level subjects which meet your aspirations. We will help you in making those choices.
To maximise your chances of achieving the best grades at A Level, we will advise you about subject combinations. This is not to limit your choice, but to help you in taking your next step to university or into employment.
The majority of our sixth form leavers progress to university. Around 25% of those who apply are accepted at some of the country’s leading universities including Oxford and Cambridge. In addition to university, a number of students also progress to high quality apprenticeships and jobs.
Our A+ Programme is for students who are planning on taking highly competitive subjects at university. This includes Medicine, Dentistry or Veterinary Science or if you are interested in studying any subject at Oxford or Cambridge. You can find out more here.
